Nonrenewal of car insurance policy.

Reason: Driving record 1-10-08, fail to obey traffic sign, and 9-23-10 "Accident" bent door on pole in parking lot.

There is only 1 "accident" that didn't even involve another car or total mine either, nor any citation issued. They are canceling my policy bacause of the "overview" that looks like 4 negs thanks to my agent not informing me of the ramifications of using the roadside assistance. I had another roadside service that I could have used at the time, but this was simpler to use, now I see why.

I priced insurance with 2 other companies so far, quotes of over 3x what I was paying, all because State Farms shady reporting practices. They really should inform their clients that using the roadsideservice would result in Claim (s) status. They just offered it to me outright with no explanation other than how to use it.

I plan to file alawsuitagainst State Farm Insurance Companies for damages to my consumer report file by LexisNexis ($5,000), and for the difference in insurance costs for the next5 years ($12,500). Maybe this will become a class action since I'm not the only one who hasbeen burned by State Farm.
