Damage to my car due to negligence by all county towing

All county towed my car from my private community without warning and damaged my car in the process. When confronted with covering the repairs, they got rude and disrespectful. They said we did not do it even though I saw them do it with a witness. They refused to give out any information about their insurance and said to call my own insurance for repairs even though they did the damage. The conversation with the manager was pointless. He was just unbelievably rude and absolutely no help.

A police report was filed and not I'm in the process of suing than for damages. I am reporting them to every business ethics group or agency I can find. This type of business behaviour needs to be stopped or the average citizen who'se just trying to make a living will just continue to be taken advantage off and abused by these bullies. So far they are getting away with murder and most homeowners association are in on the action and useless to homeowners who are paying hard owned dues every month.

Justice will be done.
