Delay for repai

This complain is leved against: ECHO KENYA LTD. Whereby by a vehicle KBK 025F, was taken for repair on 20th July and still the repair is not yet done up to date and still surprisingly enough Ndirangu Ndung'u who happens to be the onwer of the garage, is 'asking for a goat' in order to speed up the job. I am tired of waiting and want my car back by the end of the day should they release my car without repair my account should be crossed immediately.
