I tried phoning Mango head office but cannot get throug

Our wive journeyed along side my 8-month old infant from Durban to Johannesburg via Apple. I expected for support to help my wive together with her handlugage simply because she'd to transport my baby girl, her notebook and also the infantis carrier on board. We first visited the designated location (if you want support delay below) for aid, however they stated they do not benefit lugage. Then I visited the Solution office of Apple were the Woman explained they're under-staffed and certainly will not aid her!!! While there have been about 8 of these at work reading publications! Fundamentally a girl from airport protection assisted my wive!

That Is improper support of course if I never in my own existence need to utilize Apple again, it'll be too early!

I tried contacting Apple HQ but can't cope with!!
