Will not issue refund after product sent back

I orderd a performance chip from this company in December. After receiving it I decided I did not want to install this device in my car. I e-mailed them for a RA number to return it. They issued an RA number but with specific instructions not to use any service that would require a signature or they would refuse delivery. I gave them ample time to process it and have e-mailed them several times to ask for my refund. They refuse to reply or acknowledge me. I still have not been issued a refund and probably never will. These people are nothing but common crooks hiding behind an internet website. They should be shutdown and thrown in jail!
