I schedule my car rental online and it show my (this was copied and pasted

I return car on time with a full tank of gas, I'm not a smoker, on time, and no damage. Etc etc.

My credit card was charged $35.46

That is totally different.

I've contacted the Better Business Bureau among others. I've also filed a credit card dispute.
