This matter actually happened 2 years ago but i am still upset and have just come accross this site. I ordered projection head lights for my neon which cost 380 dollars. I didnt mind the price becuase i really wanted them.

Well i ordered the lights and about 3 days later i saw them for 80 bucks cheaper at jcwhitney. So i called back zmotive to cancel the order and while i was on hold their you know "elevator announcemnt" was playing. It said their prices wont be beat that they will match any price if the items are the same.

Well the items were the sameso i decided to keep the order with them. So finally a rep get on and i tell him the situation and he says wll one you cant cancel the order because it was alreay shipped. And you cant get the price difference because you didnt tell them at the time i ordered the part. I told him it doesnt state that you have to give the price difference then.

So i let it go and another day passed and i began to think and get pissed off. So i called back and was given the same responce. Well 2 weeks pass and still no lights. So i call back and i tell my story again and tell him what happened with my previous calls. He stated that the lights are going to be shipped in a few days and i said WHAT.

They told me they were shipped when i called before thats the reason why couldnt cancel the order and couldnt get the cheaper price. You see now my husband is pissed. He talks to them and the "supervispor" tells him the same things.

My husband tell him that he wants the money back store credit will be fine. My husband goes to start talking again and in the middle of a word says hold and my husband says to me he f*ing put me on hold again.

The guy goes did you cuss at me. My husband goes no i cussed at wht you did, the guy goes ill give you 3 seconds to appalogize and im hanging up. He begins to count. Finally my husband says im sorry, if it were me i wouldnt have he did nothing wrong. Anyway the guy goes sorry to late get a life and hangs up.

I call back and finally i got store credit. The thing that pissed me off is the fact that i got hung up on my husband got hung up on was told to get a life etc. All over thier policy. And i was lied to several times. I was told 3 different times that the lights were shipped. I finally received my lights after 2 monthes from the date i ordered them. There are also numerous reports with the bbb against this company.
