Loss check

I posted a cost using a check with no one appears to understand where the check or even the cost went. The quantity of the check was removed from my checking account. I had been advised I'd to submitt a duplicate of the look for confirmation. I've faxed them-this info three times and was informed they've no method to confirm this was delivered. The sales division addresses this and it's no method to enter contact together AND THAT I WILL NEED TO WAIT till they reach it. It has been happening for 2 mths. Santander continue to contact and harrass me to get a cost and it has threaten to repo my automobile actually thou they cant look for a cost or have any interst in doing this. After I contact to consult with somebody about that issue most people are therefore rude and ridiculous and never prepared to help solve the problem
