Hallmark Motor Sales Sold SUV as pristine condition, found evidence it had been in accident, Shawn Prescott would not take SUV back

Shawn Prescott, owner of Hallmark Motor Sales is a scam artist. He sold us a car sight unseen, said it was in pristine condition. When he delivered it, we inspected it, and it had been in an accident. He would not take the car back. It smelled like a combination between animal urine and vomit inside. We took multiple pictures, but he has no website, and we went by his office, and it looks like an old set from "The Sting" movie. His neighbors in his building told me it would be very difficult finding him as he only stops by for 15 minutes at a time and not very often during the week. He refused to give us our money back, and would not take the car back. We had to take him to small claims court, and had to hire two professional process servers to locate him. He even switched the bill of sale to show the judge which was to our advantage. I think it was why the judge ruled in our favor. I highly recommend going to a conventional car dealer over working with this company. Beware!
