Carol Lenord A scam through Craigslist and EBay and London England and

We found a listing on Craigslist for a 4-wheeler ATV and were very interested. The seller said they had an account with E-Bay and wanted to do the billing through E-Bay (Jennifer Nipper). There was a story about her getting a divorce and wanted to sell the 4-wheeler because she didn't want it. We received authentic looking invoices complete with pictures and description of the item from E-Bay and invoice number and the place to wire the money in the United Kingdom through Western Union to Carol Lenord, 58 Baker Street, London United Kingdom W1U 7DD. We were even e-mailed by Jennifer Nipper an address of a Krogers in our area where a Western Union is. We were told we could look over the ATV for 5 days and had a chance to return it if we wanted. We were also billed from the authentic looking E-Bay invoice an additional $850.00 for insurance that would be returned to us after the end of the 5 days because we had not yet been rated in E-Bay as a buyer We were given a delivery date Well, nothing was delivered. We have tried contacting Western Union for the address of the Western Union in the United Kingdom but they will not give it to us. There have to be cameras in all Western Union offices. The addresses of both Jennifer Niipper and Carol Lenord appear to be coffee shops after looking these up after no delivery was made.
