Poor service, rude staff, harrassment

This have been a headache coping with these folks. Our car loan was offered for them by CitiFinancial and that I've had only trouble since. Nowadays, I attempted to create a cost and was informed as opposed to the $438 that I attempted to pay for, I'd to pay nearly $700. After studying a few of the grievances from this organization, I imagine I am fortunate they did not take my cost, who understands what might have occurred when they got use of my banking account!
