First, let me begin by saying that when MAC Prime first called me (because a friend of mine gave my name as a referral) I Google'd MAC and found eochontay's posting and refused to meet with Mitch. Then I spoke to Jennifer, called my friend who referred us and agreed to meet with Mitch. He did come to my home, show me the powerpoint, told me the same things about the product. I placed an order with the understanding that if we were not 100% happy, we would return the remainder and be refunded. Additionally, I did not own an overflow freezer to store the food, so Mitch brought me one when he delivered our first order.

I have been nothing but pleased with everything we've received from MAC. I have referred several friends and family members, all of which have ordered and been completely satisfied, not only with the product, but with the service as well. Mitch has even go so far as to bring me a prime rib for our Christmas dinner on Christmas Eve! He has been more than flexible in setting up payment arrangements for friends working on a tighter budget and always brings extra things for us to try when he delivers.
1. They do have an official business location in Concord and Jennifer is always there answering the phone if you call and is quick to respond via email as well. Mitch is always available on his cell also, should the need arise.

2. Not sure how Mitch's driving record is relevant to anything.
3. MAC Prime is NOT a door to door meat seller. They work strictly from referrals. They do not drive around knocking on doors with a truckload of meat to sell.

4. We have been using MAC Prime meet, fish and poultry EXCLUSIVELY for about a year and a half now. I cook every night, have friends and family over constantly, and have NEVER heard a complaint about the product or had anyone become ill from any of it. Perhapts eonchontay isn't a very good cook or is confused about what safe handling of meat and poultry means.
