Promised, lied and tricked me into buying a used car with no warrenty and after 3 months of owning the car... I still have no title

Bought a used 2003 Dodge Neon for my teenage daughter. Paid 5900.00 cash only to find out the car had never been inspected properly or side view mirror fixed as promised... Broke down 7 weeks after purchase and found out the dealer sold me the car with no warrenty. I was lied and tricked and now no one wants to take care of the problem. Also, most importantly, I still have no title to the car. I am starting to believe the car may be stolen. Must report this and let the word out there that Sansone's on route i runs a crooked, shady, business and must make others aware that they do not live up to their word! Please help me solve this sad situation! Thank You!!!
