VERY BAD Customer Service

I buy a car or truck out of this dealer on Oct. 23.2010. The offer went good however the customer support afterwards was really poor. I had been guaranteed colored windows at final and was handed a runaround with a offers individual called Carlo Garcia for around 14 days. I subsequently talked to some supervisor Thaddeus Underwood who had been really rude in my experience and explained to depart his dealer since I needed him to repair the problem using the offers individual not returning my telephone calls about my shade. The supervisor was simply pressing off the issue back onto the offers individual. I lay within the dealer employing there telephone calling the offers individual becase which was that only means I really could get him to reply my telephone calls. Then he cursed me out and hung-up the telephone. The supervisor noticed I had been not quitting so he chose to repair my issue and delivered me to there shade shop. It was after being there for around an 1hourand half. I've created the Leader of the dealer Mr. Steve Corridor but haven't proceed an answer back yet.
