Dan is a great guy, but his crew needs a tune up

Dan Groman is a fair and good hearted man, but he is responsible for his men, and they are total rip offs - and if Dan (as cools as he seems) knows that the mark-up on his parts are 100% then he is a wolf in sheeps clothing. Hey I understand there has to be a mark-up of some sorts but 100% is insane folks. And to top it off the DB kid he left running his shop not only tried to gank me on the parts, but he tried to double dip the labor as well - The quote was 405 for a serpetine belt and a tension pully. I went down the street and paid 280 out the door. They thought they had me cause I had it towed there, and they thought I wouldnt go anyplace else, but as soon as I called checkcer next door and found out the price of the tension assymbly and serpentine belt was nearly half the price these bozos were trying to goose me for, I called AAA nad had them tow it down the street& In all fairness to Dan I would like to say Ive done business with him in the past and he has given me good deals, and treated me fairly, but if you find yourself going to Big-O tires in Surprise, and if Dan Groman isnt there, you better find another mechanic.
