Ordered transmission from them they told me it would ship the next day and be to me in 4 to 5 days.
11-18-03 charged to my credit card, its now 12-03-03 no tracking # nothing.
Called them back 22 times as of now went through the whole spiel car model year ect ect ect.
After every call they said they would call me back never did.
Guess at this point need to cancel payment on credit card. These people are not to be trusted and should not be allowed to sell anything.
What are they thinking anyway don't they know the customer comes first.
