Re: 2006 buick lucerne cxl lemon purchased 6/2

On June 2, I paid cash for a Certified Pre-owned (1 previous owner) 2006 Buick Lucerne CXL with 30,383 miles (recorded by the dealer as 30,311) from Ray Skillman Ford dealership that had been traded in to the Ray Skillman Mitsubishi Kia dealership next door. I put the down payment on the car and two days later went to pick it up. As part of the "deal" I paid for the rotors to be turned on the brakes because I thought it needed new brakes. I also noticed that it did not have the same tires which caught my attention when I looked at the car.

When questioned about the tires, they said "oh, we wouldn't do that" (change the tires) Later, I was told that 2 new tires were put on the car. I was also told that new windshield wipers were put on the car, later to use them and one flew off and put a chunk in the windshield.
