Refuse to turn over title

I am also having the same trouble with Auto Portolio Services. Everyone MUST file a complaint with the Colorado Attorney General's Office. I received a letter from them stating they would do no further investigation until more complaints were filed. I do have an attorney involved, and they have not even attempted to repo my car. That does seem to slow them down a little. We all need to continue to file complaints with as many government agencies as possible. I also attempted to make contact with Howard Klemmer, who's company Centrix Funds LLC at one point held the leins on many of these cars, but her refused to sign for a certified letter.
