I brought my Lexus ls430 in for a basic driver door body damage and what i got was a nightmare. The car worked perfectly when I dropped it off. When I picked it up three items were not working. The driver window would not roll up and down properlt and the passenger door lock would not work.

Also the new window tint was scratched from wreckless handling of the door housing that they laid in the back seat on top of the leather seats and carpet with NO PROTECTION.

This was a nightmare - they dont want to fix anything...
