Terrible Reliability AND NO SHOW

Made arrangements for door to door service to get to work. Pick up time this morning was for 8:35AM. At 8:40AM, my "driver" contacted me to tell me because it was raining outside, he couldn't come to take me to work. He said contact another taxi. I contacted the shuttle number at 301-222-2222 to notify them and they replied, "Because of the rain, they do not have a driver to take me." WHAT KIND OF BUSINESS IS THAT??? NOT RELIABLE!!! Scared to do business with them! Not dependable! Had to call my daughter, who just had surgery yesterday to drive me.
