Total rip off - they steal your money - do not do business with them - poor business ethics

We hired thiscompany to sell our mercedes benz. They sold the car in an auto auction for$24,280.00 They were supposed to hand the check to us after the car was sold. But the owner Wayne Hudson took the check and deposited in his bank and didnt getour money back. We made several attempts to collect payment and he refused togive us the payment.
We found that he is a crook who steals money from consumers. We are pursuing legal action against thiscompany. Their agent name is John S Hartford who was involved in thetransaction. Now John and the owner Wayne Hudson are playing games and notgiving our money back. Do not trust these guys and do not do business with theseguys. They are bunch of crooks. I dont understand how someone with a car dealershipcan think of doing this. They thinkthey can run away with the money. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM - IF YOU DECIDED TO DO BUSINESS, YOU ARE WELCOMING TROUBLE!
