Dealership not giving Oil Change Price listed on Internet AD

Go Pontiac Buick GMC West has an Internet ad which features oil changes for $25.00 8/1/10 through 8/31/10. I went in and asked for an oil change and they changed the oil but charged me $36.70. I had also asked that they change the air filter. They did not. I paid the $36.70 and left the dealership.

When I went to wash the car and spray off the engine, I saw that they did not replace the air filter. When I checked the receipt, it was for $36.70 for oil change only.

When I called and spoke with Paul, he indicated I had to bring in a coupon. On their Internet ad, there was no coupon required nor able to print off. I told Paul this and he said that he can not refund the money as they require a coupon with deal purchases, but he can give me a free tire rotation if I print off the ad and bring that in.
