Got ripped off buying new ca

Ought a newer car from david council/suncoast ford on 6/22 sign contracts on that day. I traded in a car that i was still paying for. Salesperson didnt get the right payoff quote on car. On 6/30 signed another contract still stated that they traded in my old car and got a trade in value and payoff quote of 13013.32. The exact payoff quote was 15920.16. The salesperson who only started there a week before didnt know what she was doing, was having help from two other people at the dealership. Suncoast ford back out on paying for my old car telling me to sell it on my own saying they have a recorded message saying i got the payoff quote which is bull. Now the finance company on the first car wants there money which they said im three months behind on. I have contracts, bought three other vehicles in the past from them and never had this happened to me. Now the finance company is in the prcess of repossessing the first car and this will mess up my credit all because of the dealerships mistake not mine. I did everything they asked from me. They b.S. Me in telling me that salesmanager wanted to take over payment on my old car just to get me down there to tell me im stuck with not one but two vehicles and im responsible for both totaling 1136.13 a month when i dont need two car payment. Im now out of work due to a foot injury and brian and the finance person jerry cohen both lied to me. The big kicker is the first salesperson and trainee salesperson are both no longer with the dealership. If i was you dont buy anything from this dealership because im screwed and i finally was getting my credit on the right track/contacted 8 on your side, better business, attonery general office and trying to find the right attorney
