Unprofessional salesmanship

This Honda Dealer has a contract with USAA Insurance Company under the name of USAA's Car Buying Service. The service allows their customers to get a quote online and then the specified dealer will honor that price. I called twice to make sure they would honor the internet price for a specific car. Both times they stated they would. I said I would be driving an hour, so that if they weren't sure, I would appreciate knowing beforehand. When I arrived they immediately started haggling and doing the "typical" car salesman act. I repeatedly stated that I was there due to the service USAA offered AND THEIR COMPANY HAD AGREED TO BE A PART OF THE SERVICE. It was all to no avail. After one and a half hours, I left, annoyed and disappointed. The only thing this company cared about was making a dime, not professionalism. Do not go to this dealer: find someone more reputable!
