Misrepresented a Subaru WRX as a STI and failed delivery, won't refund money

Stay Away from them. This was what they did. A first time car buyer walks into a dealership looking at cars. You have worked hard and saved your money to buy a nice one. The dealer shows you a Subaru STI. It looks nice and you are interested. He talks STI, STI, STI. There is an emblem on the car that says STI. You take it for a test drive. The car is very nice but there is a problem with the transmission. The dealership says they will fix it if you buy the car. You put down significant amount of money and they tell you when you can pick up the car. For several ocassions they fail to deliver because the car in not ready. You complain, they say you can get a different car. You say you want your money back. They say no. You then are reading the car fax and check the VIN and discover it it NOT a STI but just a WRX, a much cheaper model. You tell them of the indescretion and again ask for your money back. They deny and when you tell them of the misrepretation, you are told, "We bought it as a STI and are selling it as a STI". They KNEW! An Attorney has been hired. Recommend if you go to this dealership don't believe anything, question and verify everything, ask for warrantee, and no money until you are sure. Better yet don't go!
