Hang up on me, Wont give me copy of title so i can get tags to a vehicle i purchased over 30 days ago

This company is something else! I bought a 98 Windstar off of them, financed it through peoples credit co. They kept the car for an extra day saying they needed to put a passtime device on it.

When i got the vehicle the turn signals, wipers, etc nothing on the combination switch worked. I had to pay $300 to get it fixed because they didnt plug it back in correctly. Next they have 30 days to get me my copy of title so i can get tags. Thursday will be 30 days. I call them and they say it wont be done just get another 30 day tag! Of course i wont! It is their responsibility to have it done. So they hang up on me because i am reporting them to the BBB.

Dont deal with this company you will regret it! The van has mulitiple mechanical problems and although it was sold as is they stated it was in good shape and would be great for our family. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else!
