Billy Holbrook was to rebuild the transmission in my 1998 Honda Accord and he said he would do it for $1,400. I should have been suspicious when he asked for $500 up front. So, about a month later, he has his wife call me and tell me that they need an additional $200 right now, and if I get it to them, they will have the car by the end of the week!
