Charged me more than agreed upon price, also repoed jeep after they said I could be 10 days late

In 2009 I went to GMF and found a 2003 jeep the price we agreed to was 9000.00 I gave them 3500.00 and 700.00 for a trade in. While signing all the paperwork for the purchase of the jeep there was another price of 16000.00 the salesman said ignore that price he assured us that we were only to pay 9000.00 foolishly we believed him and looking at my paperwork for the jeep the 16000.00 is the only area we didnot put our initials. We were making our payments on time and we get to what was supossed to be our last payment then they stapled another page of payments due equalling the difference from the 16k to the 9k telling us that the first page of payments were just for the lease of the jeep. We were very clear thatwe didnot want to pay more than 5 to 6k we didnot want to make long term payments but the talked me in to the jeep for 9k. I wish this was the extent of my problems with GMF but its not. We had been late a couple of times and we always called and told them when we would be in the girls always said it was fine and we would make our payments.in june we called and told GMF 10 days late the girl at GMF said fine a couple days later my jeep was repoed the wanted 3000.00 repo fees and six months of insuranceto get the jeep back or pay the 4100.00 the claim we owed we were intentionaly miss led on the price and the jeep was already paid for in full Ihope this doesnot happen to anyone else your best bet is to stay away from GMC. This seems criminal to me is there any thing that can be done legally to GMF I would love to know thanks.
