Winchester Towing towed my car overnight even though it had the required sticker to park in my building's lot. They also left a terrible gash in the pavement, so I can't wait to see what they did to my car. When I called, the woman acted annoyed that she had to find my wrongfully towed car in their lot and then told me it was my fault that they wrongfully towed my car because they couldn't see my sticker in the front window when it is dark outside (I guess they don't use flashlights when they are stealing people's cars during the night). That was 2 hours ago and they still have not returned my car. I have called them to see when my car will be returned, but they have the answering machine on. At this point I have missed two appointments and they won't even answer the phone! This buisness should be closed due to unethical practices.
