Nov i closed a shifting commitment with orion shifting and storage and on november 30th they reached my home in conroe, tx to load our belonging for my proceed to indiana. The packing foreman explained what my square footage was and what my final costs were going to become. I settled the rest of my deposit and they were off with my stuff. They went to corpus christi to create another collection before they went to the warehouse in dallas to organize my load for indiana. Thats where the many problems began. Who owns the organization (m. Brody) named me and stated that there was a mistake in my own square footage which easily did not accept pay one more $947 they would not provide my possessions. When they packed our furniture it quit texas and visited florida for still another collection after which started the trip north to indiana. Many days later they finally arrived in indiana. After they were done unloading i came across that (5) products were missing and that i named orion m & s to help make the statement. They immediately started working on locating my missing products. I had been told that my items were located in vegas in a storage unit with someone elses furniture. I had been told they were making arrangements to get the items shipped to indiana. About two weeks later 3 of the 5 products were delivered and my grandmothers shelf was so moist the moving blanket was frozen towards the cablinet destroying the conclusion. Our trek mountain bike and glass top to my garden furniture remains missing and today since i submitted a complaint with the houston bbb they no further react to my calls or emails. I-file a claim with anthem state management and was told i'd have to stay for $. 60/pound for that lost and damaged items for only $108 that i still haven't received. Anthem won't support after i contact them they say is the claim was forwarded to orion m & s and they are to pay me. Then there's still the matter of square footage... Orion m&s accepted they made a mistake around the square footage which my weight was combined with another and that's what caused the problem. Nonetheless they only returned $664 of the $947 saying the square footage was still miscalculated. I do not observe how they might ever realize that when section of my stuff visited vegas along with the stuff found indianapolis had someone elses belonging combined in with mine. Even today my complaint with the houston bbb stays open and orion shifting and storage won't react. I'm that anthem and orion are associated in certain wayand anybody seeking to move should avoid these businesses
