Troy hall fraud ripoff lied stole cheated

I bought a car from troy hall as is car died 10 days later motor blown sold me a second car two weeks later it did not leave the lot blown moter i asked for my money back he refused told me he would fix the car and call me he never did would not return my calls did not give me back the vehicle so i took him to court he did not denie any of this but simply stated as is means he dose not have to do anything and i lost he said i could catch up the payments and get the car back my problem is this he did not give me back the car in the first place i was not behind on payments my insurence was current he would not take or return my calls in my opinion he stole my car now because he refused to give back the car im out of ajob out of a car out of money and just out of luck
