I'm a target of domestic assault along with a receiver of the California Atty General’s Victim Compensation plan. They pd. A 3rd of the emergency transfer. White Rose acquired and started keeping my home products from its present storage centre on 2/2/10. Upon delivery of my products, we found our whole home collection have been taken, a Tiffany light and metal light stolen and main harm done to furniture. The shifting boss explained to not signal or notate something about the statement of lading, to complete going right through my material, and also to contact the organization and document state. I did so so-and was denied, they stated since I didn’t signal it and checklist onto it that which was incorrect, I'm denied. I had been following a directions of the shifting company’s consultant/boss why am I responsible? Who owns the company, Israel, stated they'd look after paying me despite what their state department claims simply because they-the transferring company-spend the cash not the statements dept., and they understood the things were taken and ruined and broken. I'm seeking $3,000 to correct and substitute all of the products. They'll not contact me back. I'm a scared lady and alone plus they understood this once they moved me and created the preparations. They're questionable and dishonest and should be ashamed of themselves. I've documented them towards the authorities, the Atty General’s workplace, the Greater Business Institution and other companies that I will find. I'm looking to get help but no body really wants to assist. It’s so unjust because today I’ve been victimized twice. I found Texas and got 2 careers to cover that transfer and settled it entirely, taken care of insurance FMV of $15,000 plus they won’t pay. Please enable me.
