First repair with this busniess was done correctly with no problems. Since I experience a positive business relationship prior to the second I figured I would return. WRONG!!! Busted a fuel line on my Cat 425 mechanical engine. When they went inside and took off my compressor they suggested that i replace both lines since the first one broke and the second was on the way. Went to the parts department and asked how much for a fuel and was told 92.00 by the time it got to the service area they added 60.00 on to the cost. Well I wasnt pissed about that either. I got the repair done and was on my way after paying a total of 588.24.. Exactly 8 months and 4 days the same two lines busted because as per Warren Cat there were no clamps on these lines. The had vibrated to the extent of busting at the nut. Mind you both these lines were behind the compressor. I broke down east of Fort Stockton, Tx and had to be towed to Odessa, Tx.
