Not getting my mail

I'm having a problem with getting my mail sent to me the post office is delivering particular guides back saying they're not deliverable. One may be the pnc bank another could be the enquirer and also the other is hoof beats journal, & horsemen and good globe i spend good money to get these items sent to my doorway i've talked to my provider and that i have talked to the branch manager without any results all they say is that they can consider it and not call me again

Is sure would help if somebody may help me
