I was ripped off again and the manager couldn't care less!

Scammed again at Tire Kingdom! I got my 2001 Lexus RX300 to Tire Kingdom to obtain the gas & filter transformed and an position when I bought a three-year positioning plan about 12 months before. Twice previously the slack butt technicians had transformed the gas and never the filter. Because the very first time the filter wasn't transformed, I USUALLY noted the filter BEFORE I got the vehicle set for an oil-change also it occurred again. The supervisor at that time, Dave, was very apologetic and comped the support, offered me 2 free oil-change deals and dismissed the technology while I had been there. Currently nowadays, there's a brand new supervisor, Jimmy Jones, and again (3rd period) the filter wasn't altered. What infuriates me significantly more than something was the supervisoris "don't-give a shit" perspective. Not once did he apologize or display any problem whatsoever. I waited another 43 units for another technology to alter the filter and was informed by another technology that "this garbage happens constantly!" When I was strolling out the doorway the supervisor did state "Sorry 'round that" under his breathing. Just like many Tire Kingdoms, this shop includes a trustworthiness of tearing people down and performing horrible work. Their present customer-base has practically vanished because of these methods but obviously Tire Empire administration simply DOESN'T CARE. I'll never consider a different one of my own vehicles to Tire Kingdom again and that I may stop the navy makes up about my companies in Brevard County, Tampa & Fort Lauderdale likewise. Watch out for the gypsies at Tire Kingdom!
