I purchased a scooter there also it was going poor right from the start. Anything began breaking and also the best they might develop was that it had been OUR problem or that it had been not protected under warranty. They've terrible customer support capabilities. THAT YOU DON'T WISH TO SPEAK WITH HEIDI, she doesn't understand how to keep in touch with clients and it has no customer support capabilities whatsoever. Today they're showing me the motor may be taken which if it's, I've to cover it since the fatigue keeps getting undone. The fatigue which was placed on was a replacement exhaust THEY mounted and HEIDI allegedly set it once also it came undone again. I provide it back for that same issue plus they state that it is my problem which rebolting the fatigue together daily is section of normal maintenance. They've only poor opinions everywhere, you are able to look for yourselves. The only real great evaluations they've would be the types they published themselves. Do yourself a favor and do not get scammed. Don't buy from their website. That you don't have to think me, search for oneself on greater business agency site, they've 75 grievances inside the previous three years along with a Y score.
