They are charging me others fees when I am almost done with the loan

I am alsmost done with my car loan and when I called to confirm the last amount they told me, I was upset when they are charging me $150.00 more, I already requested a letter from them explaining me what it is. They are so rude and despective people. I asked to talk to a manager, but they were busy and no accepting calls.
