Dealercostcaraudio.com Told me item was out of stock so I asked for my money back but didnt refund my money yet!

On 04/08/10 I ordered some alpine subs and a kenwood dvd navi hu, that totaled around $750. Right after making my purchase the funds were withdrawn out of my account. I was thinking cool its paid. A few days later I keep checking my email to see if my order has been shipped out or a tracking number has been issued then nothing. I email the seller asking them whatsup and he goes "should ship out by the end of this week" at this point i get a little worried becuase usually when ordering anything online i get tracking within a day or 2. So I start doing some google searches and find mad reviews on this company and the bad service and scams they do. I immediatly ask for my money back on 04/19/10. Emails went back and fourth saying he will refund my money and he still hasnt. At this point I quit taking this guys bs and I made a fraud claim against this company with my bank. Hope to get my money back ASAP. For those of you reading this do NOT order from them... They will take your money and run. They are a bunch of scammers. I will update you guys if I get my money back or not.
