Service a JOKE! Avoid moe!?

I purchased
my truck brand new in 2008. Now I don't want to bash everyone in their
service section, because there are some very good people working there,
but 1 specialist in specific. MOE is the guy I am talking about, and if
you have dealt with him before you know who I am talking about. He
goes by MOE and every time I am in there is rude, he rushes me off the
phone when I have a simple question. He attempts to charge me extra for
items that are covered under warranty. I have seen him yell at other
customers. Avoid MOE at all costs and if you have a similar experience
please post it, we need to get this guy out of there.
