My car was towed, (long time ago.) and i was about to shred my papper work wen i realized i was over charged 100.00!

Hello just a note I had my car towed a long time ago, (10/09, all on me I was wrong) so any way I'm about to shred paper work, 4/. 26 crazy but true Ive got stuff from 1986! Crazy but it just shows up. And I look at my resit I was over charged 100.00, Ive got a problem w/t.
