Cold called asking $575 up front payment to send business to my auto body repair shop

I was contacted by phone and offered 3-4 auto body repair jobs per month after an up front payment on my part of $575 for registration fee. I asked for further information about their company but they were not forthcoming. I found no website for Savers Club nor did the phone number they gave me come up as such on white and yellow pages searches. He offered to give me two weeks delay for the payment but I needed to sign the contract before sending the customers to me.
