Ripoff ruined my car's head by cross threading the spark plugs, I contacted them and asked that they at least remove them but they refused

We took our 1995 Sunfire in and asked for a diagnosis. We had them relace our spark plugs.

3 months later we need to replace them again, this time I was going to replace them I had been an auto tech for over 15 years. The spark plugs had been cross threaded into the head.

When we tried to remove them they snapped off at the nut leaving the threads in the head. We tried to remove them with a easy out; it would not budge.

I contacted them and asked that they at least remove them but they refused.

I now have to pay to have the head pulled and if lucky have the plug holes re-threaded or replace the head. It will cost me 1200.00 to do this and Meineke will not pay for the damage.

We have 7 kids to feed on one income and will now not be able to afford anything for the fast approaching holidays
