Powersports directory sneaky, misleading, dishonest, useless

This company has been useing "sneaky" ways to get access to bank accounts - by getting information as a result of sending a letter to a victum (mark) and charging (5.80 - I think it was) through UPS - they tell you that they will also send WITH this info package a check for the same amount or close to it (making you THINK you have nothing to loose by agreeing to CONSIDER thier offers for services) — then MONTHS later (after you have almost forgotton about this "info pack" deal) they charge your BANK ACOUNT diffirent amounts from year to year in the general area of 300 dollars (this time it was 294) without any authorization (unless they are also pulling some sort of scam to make it appear that they HAVE gotten authorization) -
I do not understand how they even get away with this for so LONG (for YEARS this has gone on) They do have a website that APPEARS to have clients using thier services — but if you do NOT want their info, services, proposal packages or anything else — they just wait a while and bill you as tho you have accepted the service (weather you have or not approved of anything. They do yse several "billing names" from time to time and, as I remember, I THINK they make you think that they are yet another company during all discussion about this "info packet" they send out — then as they tell you who they are at the very end of the conversation - I suppose (like myself) many people (IF we are familiar with these con artists tactics) just figgure — "oh well - I just won't accept the info pack" but they wait so long - that you forget about it (and it usually comes as a new name every year or so — and DIFFRENT than the name they use during the phone pitch).
While I was calling powersports data to complai, a customer/friend said that he recoginised that same company from working in a bike shop in Shreveport Louisianna a few years ago and he is willing to add info to my statement here as soon as he gets it all typed out - I will submit it as an edit to this OR as a diffrent statement, later.
I hope I see some comments here as well concirning these people.
