Paid for policy for my 2004 Dodge truck and when i had problems tried to contact company to find out what to do all i get from calling the number is sex line

I have problems with my dodge truck which i paid for a warranty in 2006. When trying to get in touch with the company the number I had called which is 1-866-493-8447 at ext 350 all I get is a sex line. I have called it before and got the person in 2007 but now I do not know what happened. The person on my contract is Michael Spinelli and the number above is his. I had paid 2686.00 and for what that is what I am asking and now that I need it I can not get in touch with anyone. I want some action to prosecute this company and all persons related to this scam. It is a shame to try to put your hard earn money in a product (warranty) and get nothing in return. The other number I called was 954-493-8447 and what I got there was this number is disconnected and no longer in service. When i went on the internet the number it had was 954-938-0303 and it has been disconnected. I am so highly upset with the way they do their business and take peoples money. I want justice.
