Loud annoying noise from drive train

The 2007 BMW X3 lately bought from Fort Lauderdale BMW produces an extremely frustrating loud ringing sound at rates between thirty-five (35) and forty-two (42) mph. The sound is really loud that it's still prominent despite radio stations playing audio in a fairly noisy degree. The seller has

Vengeance of the fix. I had been informed from the seller the sound is "attribute of the BMW automobile. I'd like this declaration confirmed by a certified

BMW consultant written down. I think it is very hard to think that BMW might produce and provide available towards the community, any automobile which makes the sound produced by the automobile I simply bought. Moreover, I question the "fix" of the difficulty that's been mentioned to become "attribute". Certainly why could such issue be described as a deficiency, and needed any fix.
