Mrs. Jerry in Finance will not give me my personal property

My truck was repossessed on Tuesday March 23 by Celedon. They said I have not paid them which is untrue. I tried to retrieve my personal items on Friday, March 26 but a lady in Finance at Extension 4639, whose name is Jerry, refuses to let me take my personal property, including my medicine (Insulin) for Diabetes, out of the truck. She was being rude and spikeful and told me to get a lawyer. She is the most vendictive person I have every spoken to. We have the receipts where the company cashed my checks for 2 of my payments in the amount of $3200.00. This truck broke down one month after I purchased it and costed me $4000.00. I was not offered a warranty when I purchased it from Quality Leasing from a man name Johnny. I have filed a Police Report for stolen personal property against Mrs. Jerry and Celadon.
