JDM Automotive services, in Huntley Il. Is a master at concealing additional charges when using coupons for their services. I took my 2009 Toyota Sienna to them for a simple oil change (with a coupon-for $19.99 service). When I was presented with the bill, it was for $35.88 after the coupon. When I questioned the cost I was told that the auto took 6 1/2 qts. Of oil (manufacturer lists 5 qts.-and that a special oil filter was needed for that vehicle). I have had this same vehicle serviced at other local area facilities and have not been charged for a "special" oil filter or for 6 1/2 qts. Of oil.

I feel that I have been ripped off-given the fact that none of these extra charges were mentioned or revealed to me until after the work was done. I have other coupons for other companies that I would have used if I had known about these special charges.
