CanadaAuto Seller Network Inc. Scam, Ripoff, did not contact me after I paid money

All I can add is "if it's too good to be true".
I did my due diligence (BBB report) and was still was scammed out of my $400 $100 guarantee because I didn't send in my refund registration form within the 7 days. I couldn't have because they didn't send me my username and password until 12 days after they took my money. Several attempt to contact them (email, phone calls-I have all the copies) during this 12 day period went unanswered. On the 12 day they answered their phone and gave the username and password but that was all. No other info. I even sent an email that day asking what I needed to do to guarantee my refund. No answer.
No Notary Public will sign the refund form because I didn't have the username and password to allow me to register to get an account number to enable me to fill out the form to register the refund that would allow me to get a Notary Public to sign off for me. Visious circle.

I wonder if their mothers know what they do to people.
P.S.- On Dec 17/09 the BBB has given them an F and have revoked their accreditation. About a month to late for me. The Auto Network still say on their website news that they are accredited by the BBB.
