Lack of service

Window broken by traveling stone while operating a rental automobile from Business Rental. Your Insurance Provider was informed however they stated Business needed to deliver request cost. Business gathered projected problems from us and stated it'd be delivered once the state was resolved.

I've been about the telephone together every couple months since July which is March. Nothing has occurred until I create threats for them. Your Insurance never actually got a statement to pay for till I named Business for that 4th period.

On January 22, I had been informed the state was resolved and that I might get my reimbursement within two to three months. It's been nearly 2 months but still nothing. I named nowadays and obtain a voice-mail. Enough is sufficient.
