Hello, I wish not to say my name. My complaint is about Value X Press Auto Repair in Blue Island, IL. I took my mom's car to get fix, but my dad had to call the owner Freddy. Freddy the owner is a very rude and sexist man. When I went to him and asked him why I had to pay over $200 for him to tell me my mom's car is not working. I already knew that but he would not tell me anything else, and my mom went in to ask why we had to pay so much he disrespected her and picked up the phone and pretend he dose not here her. Now that was last time I was there and I will never go back, on March 11. I have gone there before but I tried without my father's help to get help to fix my car and treated me like I was stupid, but when my father went to talk him he, the owner Freddy acting different. He treats any women who gose in his shop like they are stupid and don't matter to him, but when a man walks in he treats them different. He will charge a man less than a woman. I believe the owner Freddy is a very disrespectful, rude, and sexist man. His shop dose not even fix the car right or know what they are doing. I'm sure if you send a woman in there he will treat them like the are stupid, but when a man gose in with the same car problem and he'll treat them very different. Thank you for you time. F.B.
